Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
